Position Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Jr. Account Manager.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks for our clients using our CRM tool.
You will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize our CRM tool to manage client accounts, including updating client information, tracking interactions, and maintaining accurate records.
- Communicate regularly with clients to understand their needs, address any concerns, and provide solutions to enhance their experience.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services and resolution of client issues.
- Schedule and coordinate client meetings, presentations, and other engagements as needed.
- Monitor and respond to client inquiries, requests, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage social media scheduling and management to promote client visibility and engagement.
- Oversee online reviews management to maintain a positive reputation for our clients.
- Assist in managing the booking system to schedule appointments, manage reservations, and coordinate logistics effectively.
- Provide regular updates to clients on day-to-day relations, project progress, and upcoming opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify up sell and cross sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required
- Will consider applicants with proven experience in account management, customer service, or a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
