Nikola Network provides digital services, professional consulting, directory listings, membership access, educational programming, and subscription-based offerings. Because many of our services begin immediately upon enrollment or purchase, the following refund terms apply.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a 100% refund within seven (7) calendar days of the original purchase date, unless services have already been rendered.
“Services rendered” means any work performed or initiated by Nikola Network on behalf of the subscriber, including but not limited to:

After seven (7) calendar days from purchase — or once services have been rendered (whichever occurs first) — subscriptions are non-refundable and non-prorated.

Work is considered commenced once strategy development, research, document preparation, marketing setup, advisory sessions, or related deliverables begin.
By purchasing any service or subscription, you agree to contact Nikola Network directly to resolve any billing concerns prior to initiating a chargeback.
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate termination of services and collection efforts for any unpaid balances.

By purchasing any service, subscription, membership, event registration, or digital offering from Nikola Network, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to your purchase, use of services, billing, refunds, or relationship with Nikola Network shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except as otherwise provided below.
Arbitration shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in accordance with its Commercial Arbitration Rules then in effect.
Each party shall bear its own legal fees unless otherwise required by law.
Waiver of Jury Trial
You and Nikola Network knowingly and voluntarily waive any right to a jury trial for disputes arising under this Agreement.
Class Action Waiver
You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted in your individual capacity only and not as a class action, collective action, or representative proceeding. You waive the right to participate in any class or collective action against Nikola Network.
Small Claims Exception
Either party may bring an individual claim in North Carolina small claims court for disputes that qualify, provided the claim remains on an individual basis and is not removed to another court.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Nikola Network reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected with a revised Effective Date on this page.
